After the operation, bandage is applied to the face such that eyes, nose and mouth remain open. The dressing is opened after 2-3 days. Drains may be used in some surgeries. Drains are taken within 2 days. If the stitches are not of the self-melting type, they are removed within 1 week. As of the second day after the operation, the patient can stand up and do his/her routine work. With the removal of sutures and reduction of the swelling, the patient can return to work life. Make-up can also be done in this process.
